The Egyptian Orthodontic Journal is the first specialized orthodontic Journal in Egypt, issued by the Egyptian Orthodontic Society twice a year in June and December. It is concerned by promoting the profession through publishing high-quality original research and clinical articles. It is peer-reviewed with many foreigner reviewers from USA, France, and Greece.
Egyptian Orthodontic Journal is a national journal issued by the Egyptian Orthodontic Society. It is a premier journal that fosters orthodontic research, including both basic research and development of innovative clinical techniques, with an emphasis on the following areas:
A) Mechanisms to improve orthodonticsClinical studies and control animal studies
B) Orthodontics and genetics, genomics
C) Temporomandibular joint (TMJ) control clinical trials
D) Efficacy of orthodontic appliances and animal models
E) Systematic reviews and meta-analyses
F) Mechanisms to speed orthodontic treatment.
Egyptian Orthodontic Journal will consider for publication only meritorious and original contributions. These may be:
A) Original articles reporting the findings of clinical trials, clinically relevant basic scientific investigations, or novel therapeutic or diagnostic systems.
B) Review articles on current topics
C) Articles on novel techniques and clinical tools.
D) Articles of contemporary interest.
Submitted manuscripts will be reviewed by at least two referees
